TIP: You should avoid major or inconsistent purchases. Wait until AFTER the closing to buy appliances, furniture, etc. This could affect your mortgage ability/conditions to close.

TIPS: Confirm with your Home Inspector that they will do the pest/termite inspection at the same time as the structural/mechanical inspection; if you would like a Water Quality Test, Radon Air Test, Radon Water Test, Etc. ask your Inspector if they also conduct those tests. We personally do not drop off or pick up any test kits. It is a conflict of interest. You want the Home Inspector to handle all aspects of the tests that you choose.
